Henry Saint Clair Fredericks a.k.a. Taj Mahal is the embodiment of the blues. The Harlem born blues legend has released over 30 albums, garnered multiple Grammy Awards, and mastered 7 instruments. While remaining true to the roots of the blues sound, Taj has creatively incorporated heavy doses of African, Caribbean and Hawaiian flavor to create his distinct brand of infectious blues.
